Amazing! Breathtaking! Wow! That is about all I can say about the Sawtooth Mountains located in the Southern Panhandle of Idaho. I had a private show there a couple of weeks ago and I can not believe how beautiful it was! No cell or internet service, just the fresh, quiet outdoors! This had to have been one of the best places I have ever been asked to perform at. I almost did not want to come home! Not only was it beautiful, but being able to go hiking in such a place is fabulous! I have added a few pictures from the trip.
Last week I was in the opposite type of climate, I was at the Tillamook Rodeo! Tillamook is off hwy 101 and the Pacific Ocean, so I made a vacation out of it as well! My family and I left a few days early and celebrated my daughter’s birthday on the coast! We bought my son a skin board and he did so well! My daughter is now a huge fan of go karts! We did so many things! Aquarium, Tillamook Cheese factory, played on the beach, go karts, shopping, The list just keeps going! I added a few photos as well! I can’t believe how great these past few weeks have been and it is all because of my profession. Being fortunate to be able to perform at such events are truly amazing. I am so blessed to have such a great career!
This weekend being the 4th of July weekend, I decided to take the holiday off and not perform! Instead, my husband, children and I will be part of the Civil War Reinactment at the Williamette Mission State Park just outside of Kaiser, Oregon. I encourage all of you in the area to check it out July 2-4th! What a great way to teach our children some history!
Please let me know how all of you, my fans, are doing and maybe where you would like to see me perforn in 2012!
Have a wonderful and safe 4th of July and I will see you again at a show near you!
