What? Where did that come from?

The story behind the song...

One morning last fall I woke up to see that my dad had called and left a message in the middle of the night!  I immediately sat up in bed thinking the worst.  I mean really, why would my dad call after midnight if  it wasn't an emergency, Right?  

I quickly hit "Listen" and what I heard was not my dad.... 

No, It was some drunk guy on the other end of the line with my dad's phone.  His message went something like " Hey sweatheart, this is _____ I hear you use to live in Spokane, and I live in Spokane.  You and I would make a cute couple.  So we should hook up. Bye Beautiful"... 

OMG, Really?  I texted my dad and told him what the guy said, and then reprimanded him for "showing me off" in a bar and allowing someone to call one his phone... 

His Response?  "Oh honey, It's just a bar thing"....
