I wrote this song while out on the road coming home from my last tour in 2019.  Somewhere in the middle of California.  I was reflecting on my life as an entertainer.  The quiet of the road and the sunsetting to my right put me in the right frame of mind.    No matter how taxing it can be, if it is in your blood, you'll never be able to quit.
